About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Marketing for North America with a focus on performance marketing and pipeline growth. This role is pivotal in the organization, with a primary responsibility for enterprise pipeline generation, revenue growth, and performance marketing. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the North American market, leading the performance marketing strategy, including paid media, ABM, digital, lifecycle, and AI-driven channels. Direct revenue accountability is a key aspect of the position, and the VP will be expected to have a strong command of metrics such as CAC, LTV, and attribution modeling, as well as experience in Salesforce and GTM infrastructure. Applicants for the VP of Marketing role at the company should have a background in a $500M+ ARR SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software company, with a proven track record in demand generation, account-based marketing, and digital and performance marketing. The role requires a leader with deep expertise in marketing operations and revenue systems, and a strong ability to lead large, global, matrixed teams. The VP will be responsible for executive reporting, dashboards, and funnel optimization, and must be adept at innovation in AI-powered marketing, personalization, and MarTech stack evolution.
