Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Whole Hearted Therapeutics, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of couples and individuals, developing tailored treatment plans that best address their specific needs.

• Facilitating counseling sessions that may involve joint therapy for couples, as well as individual sessions for each party, focusing on various relational and personal challenges.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support families dealing with issues such as communication difficulties, grief and loss, and broader family conflicts.
\n
• Documenting patient progress meticulously using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with relevant confidentiality and health regulations.
\n
• Participating in regular team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and enhance your professional skills through peer collaboration.
\n
• Remaining current with the latest developments in therapeutic practices and behavioral health trends to provide optimal patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of challenges. Your focus will encompass a range of concerns such as:

• Family conflicts, including sibling rivalry and parental disputes

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• An active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n

While freshly licensed therapists are welcome to apply, we also encourage those with a background in behavioral health to consider this opportunity. We value flexibility in availability, with a commitment of 30 hours or more per week being preferred. Recent clinical experience in diverse therapeutic settings will enhance your ability to thrive in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
