You will be responsible for developing commercial cleaning opportunities throughout Maryland and Delaware—from the first conversation through the close.What You'll DoProspect for new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and in-person drop-insBuild and maintain a strong sales pipelineMeet with business owners, facility managers, and property managersConduct facility walkthroughs and uncover customer needsDevelop, present, and close proposalsMaintain accurate activity and pipeline information in SalesforceFollow up consistently and move opportunities through the sales processMeet or exceed monthly and annual sales goalsWhat We're Looking ForProven B2B sales experience with a track record of successA hunter mentality and willingness to prospect consistentlyComfortable making cold calls and face-to-face visitsStrong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skillsSelf-motivated, organized, persistent, and accountableComfortable working independently while being part of a teamExperience with commercial services, facility services, property management, staffing, construction, or other B2B services is a plusCommercial cleaning experience is not required.
