Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and identify their needs, goals, and treatment preferences.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, incorporating evidence-based interventions tailored to each client’s goals.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to adult clients via telehealth, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused strategies.

• Utilize our teletherapy platform to schedule, document, and conduct therapy sessions efficiently, ensuring comprehensive care continuity.

• Be available for crisis intervention and support clients during acute episodes, providing immediate strategies and resources as necessary.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including workshops, training sessions, and mentorship programs to stay current on best practices and advancements within the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a member of our team, you will primarily serve adult clients experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our diverse clientele requires counselors who are adaptable and skilled in addressing various therapeutic needs while employing a non-judgmental and culturally competent approach.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• No history of disciplinary actions on licensing board.
