Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.64 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeWed03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Thur03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Fri03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sat03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun03:0 0 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, access points, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or property concerns. Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor entry as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate activity and incident documentation. Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders when needed. Maintain a professional presence while helping to deter unauthorized access, disturbances, and policy violations throughout the residential community. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
