Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual psychosocial assessments to identify students’ emotional and social strengths and challenges.

• Provide evidence-based therapy and counseling, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities aligned with best practices.

• Advocate for students’ rights, facilitating access to necessary resources such as counseling, academic support, and community services.

• Document all client sessions and progress in our secure electronic health records system, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be school-aged children and adolescents who are facing various emotional and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, with a focus on clinical practice.

• Active LCSW licensure in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience post-licensure, with a significant focus on child and adolescent mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
