Sales Development Representative (Freelance)

Responsabilidades
- Prospección outbound y cualificación de leads
- Contacto con potenciales clientes mediante llamadas, emails y follow-ups
- Organización de demos comerciales para el equipo de ventas
- Gestión y actualización del CRM
- Seguimiento para garantizar la asistencia a las reuniones
- Colaboración continua con el equipo comercial
Qué buscamos
Buscamos una persona resiliente, comunicativa y orientada a resultados, capaz de trabajar de forma autónoma en un entorno de alta actividad.
Un buen performer en este rol suele ser capaz de:
- Gestionar alrededor de 100 actividades outbound al día
- Organizar +60 demos al mes
- Mantener una alta tasa de asistencia a las reuniones agendadas
- Mantener un pipeline activo y bien cualificado
Requirements
- Excelentes habilidades comunicativas y relacionales
- Mentalidad proactiva y orientada a objetivos
- Experiencia con CRM y herramientas de automatización comercial
- Conexión a internet estable
- Experiencia en ventas, SDR o sector inmobiliario es un plus
- Español nativo o fluido
