Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their unique needs and establish individualized treatment plans that include individual and group therapies tailored to facilitate recovery.

• Provide engaging and thoughtful individual and group therapy sessions designed to help clients overcome dependencies, develop coping strategies, and promote positive change.

• Set realistic and achievable treatment goals with clients, ensuring alignment with ethical practices and legal standards.

• Maintain detailed progress notes and clinical documentation to track client outcomes, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Collaborate with the clinical director to perform chart audits and participate in the regular review of treatment notes to optimize care delivery.

• Foster strong professional relationships with clients, promoting trust and openness, which is essential for effective therapeutic relationships.

• Work alongside interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and nursing staff, to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans that address the multifaceted needs of our clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Forge Recovery Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
