Accounting Manager - WFH 3 DAYS PER WEEK!

LHH (Atlanta) is partnering with a fast-growing, internationally operating company in the Atlanta area in the search for a Accounting Manager . Responsibilities Manage and support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes. Review journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and supporting schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness. Lead the consolidation of domestic and international entities. Support the accounting and reporting of foreign subsidiaries and multi-currency transactions. Assist with foreign currency translation, remeasurement, and related financial statement impacts. Prepare and review internal and external financial reporting packages. Analyze financial results, account activity, and period-over-period variances. Partner with international finance teams to ensure consistent accounting practices and timely reporting. Support intercompany accounting, eliminations, reconciliations, and settlement activity. Assist with the coordination of external audits and respond to auditor requests. Support system implementations, integrations, and other accounting-related initiatives. Provide leadership, guidance, and development to members of the accounting team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required. Approximately 5 or more years of progressive accounting experience, including experience in an Accounting Manager or similar leadership capacity. Meaningful experience with international accounting, global consolidations, and multi-entity reporting. Experience working with foreign currencies, including translation, remeasurement, and foreign exchange impacts. Experience managing the month-end close and preparing or reviewing consolidated financial statements. Strong understanding of intercompany accounting and consolidation eliminations. Strong Excel skills and experience working with ERP and financial reporting systems. Proven ability to lead, develop, and review the work of accounting team members.
