Whether you're working from home or in the office, we strive to maintain an engaging, flexible, and empowering work environment.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform full-cycle accounting for non-profit clients, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processingPrepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standardsAssist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsReconcile bank accounts and general ledger accountsProcess tax filings and maintain supporting documentationWork directly with non-profit clients to address inquiries and provide guidance on accounting mattersCollaborate with other team members to support client needs and deliver timely resultsAssist with the preparation of audit schedules and year-end closing processesQualificationsBachelor's or Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field1+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, preferably with non-profit clientsProficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and non-profit accounting standardsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teamsSelf-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesWhy Join Us?Competitive salary of $58,000 - $65,000 annuallyComprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insuranceGenerous paid time off (PTO) and retirement benefitsFlexible hybrid or remote work optionsA friendly, family-oriented work environment that values work-life balanceOn-the-job training with advancement opportunities on growing team!If you're ready to take the next step in your accounting career while enjoying the flexibility of remote work and a supportive team atmosphere, we'd love to hear from you!
