Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand the psychological, social, and emotional factors affecting clients' well-being.

• Provide evidence-based individual psychotherapy tailored to the specific needs and diagnoses of adult clients.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and child psychiatry fellows to devise comprehensive treatment plans.
\n
• Participate in scheduled clinical meetings and contribute insights during patient staffing discussions to enhance collaborative care.

• Adhere to documentation standards by maintaining comprehensive and timely records of patient assessments, treatment plans, and therapy progress notes in alignment with departmental protocols.

• Optionally, engage in educational pursuits by supervising psychotherapy residents and teaching relevant classes to medical students.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of your work will be primarily on adults with a variety of mental health diagnoses, which may include but are not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, and other complex psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
