This is a remote role, enabling flexibility while ensuring the delivery of critical mental health services to students in an educational setting. The LCSW will work closely with school personnel and other healthcare providers, collaborating to create a seamless support system for students. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of students' emotional, behavioral, and social functioning to determine their mental health needs.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based and culturally appropriate, ensuring alignment with each student’s unique circumstances.

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy services for students presenting symptoms of anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and other mental health conditions.

• Work collaboratively with educators and school staff to identify students in need of mental health support, facilitating timely interventions.

• Regularly monitor student progress and adapt treatment plans based on their evolving needs, utilizing feedback from both students and school officials.

• Educate students and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources available to support their journeys.

• Maintain strict confidentiality, adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice, and ensure compliance with local and state regulations regarding student mental health care.

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse population of students from various socioeconomic backgrounds, addressing the unique challenges they face in the school environment. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing psychotherapy and mental health services to clients, preferably in a school-based or adolescent setting.
