Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of students to understand their mental health challenges and strengths.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused strategies.

• Develop personalized treatment plans, setting measurable goals and interventions aligned with each client’s unique needs.

• Facilitate crisis interventions and offer risk assessments when necessary to ensure student safety.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal regulations, ensuring compliance with mental health and education standards.

Your primary focus will be on students from diverse backgrounds, many of whom may be experiencing emotional, behavioral, or psychological issues that hinder their academic performance and overall well-being. You will accommodate a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and social challenges, tailoring your approaches to the specific age group and cultural context of each student.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of demonstrated experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, preferably working with children or adolescents.
