Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and diagnoses, independently utilizing your clinical judgment and expertise.

• Collaborate closely with your patients to create tailored treatment plans that focus on their unique challenges and aspirations.

• Implement evidence-based behavioral therapies designed to produce measurable outcomes, including but not limited to solution-focused therapy and motivational interviewing.

• Interact with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including primary care physicians and psychologists, to develop an integrated approach to patient care.

• Monitor and assess patient progress regularly, adapting treatment plans as needed based on their feedback and therapeutic reactions.

• Support clients with medication adherence and discuss any potential side effects, ensuring clear communication between clients and medical providers.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Conscious Therapy Health Clinic, you will primarily serve individuals seeking mental health support in a detoxification setting. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited academic program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
