Work Environment\n

In this remote setting, you will primarily engage with clients via telehealth services, maintaining personal connections while adapting to virtual modalities. Your work hours will generally be from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, although you may also be required to accommodate occasional evening or weekend hours based on client needs. This flexibility allows you to directly address the unique challenges faced by your clients while managing your work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

Your role will include a variety of key responsibilities aimed at enhancing the mental wellbeing of our clients:

• Provide individualized therapeutic support to clients, focusing on those experiencing severe emotional disorders and mental illnesses.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health status and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in team meetings to discuss client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be supporting clients who present with a range of severe mental health issues, including but not limited to major depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and other mood disorders. In this role, you will be an advocate for empowering clients to take control of their mental health journey by facilitating decision-making processes and fostering self-advocacy.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active LCSW licensure in Florida.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
