Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide professional mental health counseling tailored to individual client needs, using evidence-based approaches to enhance treatment efficacy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address clients' specific challenges and goals, regularly reviewing and adjusting plans based on progress.

• Conduct ongoing evaluations of client improvement through assessments, feedback sessions, and progress notes.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities and referring clients to additional resources when necessary.

In your role as LMFT, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required for this position.
