Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations for clients to formulate appropriate and effective treatment plans.

• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting methods to suit individual client needs.

• Engage in therapy sessions with individuals, couples, families, and groups, addressing their specific concerns while fostering a therapeutic relationship.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide holistic care and support for clients.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
