Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand the diverse experiences and needs of each patient, ensuring tailored treatment plans that reflect their backgrounds.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to individual and group therapy settings, addressing a wide range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to trauma and stress-related disorders.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions, creating a welcoming and safe space for patients to express their thoughts and feelings.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for patients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, equipping patients with practical coping strategies and resources during acute mental health emergencies.

Qualifications\n
