Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions that are customized to meet the unique needs of each client, facilitating a comprehensive therapeutic experience.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, collaborating with clients to set and achieve specific therapeutic goals and addressing unique challenges.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical documentation, ensuring accurate records are kept for all client interactions, including progress notes and treatment summaries in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

• Stay informed about the latest best practices, evidence-based interventions, and developments in the field of mental health therapy to continually enhance the quality of care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work primarily with adolescents and adults, addressing a range of mental and behavioral health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and co-occurring disorders. A strong focus will be placed on facilitating a therapeutic space that instills trust and fosters open communication, allowing for meaningful relationships to develop.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field, including Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• An active Pennsylvania license in one of the above-mentioned disciplines, allowing for clinical practice and provision of therapy.

• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for effective client engagement.

• Proficiency in clinical documentation and familiarity with various therapeutic methodologies, including both individual and group therapeutic settings.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience in the mental health field, specifically working with individuals facing mental and behavioral health challenges, including therapy for co-occurring disorders, individual and group therapy, or substance use treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges between $90,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
