- Duration: 2 Years Contract (Possible Extension)
- Pay Range: $23-$27/hr
- This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a structured, process-driven environment while supporting critical documentation and quality workflows.
- The role offers long-term contract stability, fully remote flexibility with occasional onsite collaboration, exposure to regulated documentation processes, and the chance to contribute to workflow improvements, cross-functional coordination, and operational efficiency in a highly visible support function.
- Support documentation operations by processing product and quality-related documents from intake through approval within a document management system.
- Assist with records retention, archival coordination, documentation workflows, and cross-functional follow-up.
- Ensure documentation activities are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with internal procedures and quality requirements.
- Process product and quality-related documents within a document management system.
- Handle documentation requests from receipt through approval and final system processing.
- Maintain accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of controlled documentation activities.
- Support record archival and retention activities in compliance with corporate records policies and quality requirements.
- Coordinate documentation-related follow-up and communicate with stakeholders to ensure timelines are met.
- Support purchasing-related tracking, follow-up, and coordination activities as needed.
- Work in a matrixed environment while managing shifting priorities and multiple requests.
- Contribute to documentation workflow improvements and process efficiency initiatives.
- Support document tracking, status updates, and related administrative documentation tasks.
- High School Diploma or equivalent with relevant experience.
- Experience supporting document processing, document control, records management, or administrative documentation activities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal oversight.
- Experience working with document management systems or similar controlled documentation environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience processing quality or regulated documents or working in a regulated environment.
- Experience with records archival, retention schedules, or controlled document lifecycle activities.
- Experience supporting process improvements or workflow enhancement initiatives.
- Experience with document tools, tracking tools, or workflow systems.
- Experience supporting purchasing coordination, equipment tracking, or follow-up activities.
- Flexibility to support teams across multiple time zones if needed.
- Exposure to automation-focused workflow improvement tools or process enhancement initiatives.
