Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via video chat, utilizing evidence-based techniques to enhance clients’ mental well-being.

• Advocate for clients by helping them articulate their goals and aspirations while developing actionable treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve clients that have been prescreened, ensuring they are stable and exhibit lower acuity issues. This client focus allows you to engage in therapeutic processes that enhance resilience and personal growth, enabling you to work effectively without high-stress crises.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
\n
• Possession of an independent state-issued license: either Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Note: Limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Strong ability to evaluate clients’ needs and formulate appropriate treatment plans.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a caring disposition toward clients.
\n
• Proficient computer literacy for using telehealth platforms and electronic record-keeping systems.

Preferred Experience\n
