The successful candidate will work onsite at our outpatient office located in the vibrant community of West Palm Beach, Florida. Key Responsibilities

In your capacity as a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients' functional capabilities through diagnostic assessments based on muscle, nerve, joint, and physiological tests.
• Developing individualized treatment plans aimed at preventing disability, alleviating pain, and enhancing both muscle function and mobility.
• Administering manual therapies and instructing clients in therapeutic exercises, ensuring adherence to the care plan and effective rehabilitation outcomes.
• Supervising and mentoring Physical Therapy Assistants, ensuring that care is delivered in accordance with the established treatment protocols.
• Monitoring and documenting patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on observations and outcomes.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to refine and integrate patient care strategies, participating actively in case conferences.
• Maintaining meticulous clinical records, including assessments, care plans, and discharge summaries, in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Providing education and guidance to patients and their families about physical therapy programs and the use of therapeutic devices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions. Your role will be pivotal in helping patients manage pain, regain independence, and achieve their rehabilitation goals through personalized care strategies.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Two years of relevant experience in either an acute care or outpatient setting.
• Current CPR certification.
• A strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient advocacy.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
