Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and methods to ensure accurate evaluations.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, or other evidence-based modalities tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Lead therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups, ensuring a safe and supportive space for clients to express themselves and work through their challenges.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client progress, therapeutic interventions, and treatment outcomes in compliance with clinic policies and state regulations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to create comprehensive treatment approaches and enhance client care.

• Stay updated on current trends in mental health treatment, attending workshops and training sessions to continually enrich your knowledge base and counseling techniques.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client base, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active licensure in Washington State as a LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or equivalent designation is essential for this position.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to foster rapport with clients and collaborate with colleagues effectively.
