Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs, using established diagnostic tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, facilitating individual therapy sessions that promote personal growth and emotional resilience.

• Continuously monitor client progress toward therapeutic goals and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.

• Engage clients through teletherapy options to ensure accessibility, including managing virtual sessions using secure and HIPAA-compliant platforms.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and legal guidelines, ensuring appropriate billing processes are followed.

• Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities, including training in the latest therapeutic modalities and best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our mental health counselors will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals grappling with various challenges such as grief, relationship issues, trauma recovery, anxiety disorders, and depression. Our goal is to provide tailored support that meets clients where they are in their journey, validating their experiences while facilitating their healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent in New York.

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele and work collaboratively with team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n
