Key Responsibilities\n

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address clients' diverse mental health needs.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to design and implement holistic treatment plans that feature comprehensive care strategies.

• Conduct crisis intervention assessments to identify immediate needs and connect clients with the appropriate community resources or additional therapeutic support.

• Maintain thorough and precise documentation of patient records using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and facilitating seamless communication with other providers.

• Engage in regular participation in staff meetings, case reviews, and peer supervision to continuously refine clinical techniques and enhance the quality of services provided.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
