Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, incorporating pre-crisis and crisis interventions as needed.

• Timely completion of documentation to meet regulatory standards, ensuring compliance and facilitating a seamless workflow.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to diagnose and monitor client progress, tailoring interventions accordingly.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement positive behavior support plans that align with each client’s unique needs.
\n
• Actively participate in the organization’s licensing and accreditation processes, maintaining high standards of practice.
\n
• Serve as a liaison to community partners, state agencies, and service systems to enhance the continuum of care for clients.
\n
• Foster open communication with clients and stakeholders to promote the agency's mission and secure potential partnerships.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending training sessions, conferences, and statewide meetings related to mental health.
\n
• Promote the values and mission of Hope Wellness Therapy Center in all interactions and endeavors.
\n
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to facilitate the overall functioning of the clinic.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field, including psychology, social work, or counseling, is required.

• An independent LMHC license issued by the state of New York.

• Strong communication skills to effectively work within an interdisciplinary team and convey complex ideas clearly.

• The ability to exercise sound judgment and make independent clinical decisions based on best practices in mental health.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in an outpatient mental health setting, working directly with individuals dealing with various mental health issues.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, or Motivational Interviewing.

• Experience with documentation processes related to insurance reimbursement and compliance.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 86,000 to 103,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, employees are eligible for productivity bonuses, health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as Paid Time Off (PTO) and sick time. The agency also provides dependent care accounts and a hire-on bonus to support your transition into our team.
