This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide critical therapeutic support in a remote setting, specifically within our detox center. You will play a vital role in delivering integrated mental health services to individuals struggling with anxiety, addiction, and co-occurring disorders. This role comes with a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 104,000 annually, along with a sign-on bonus.

Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility in balancing work and personal life. As part of our supportive environment, you can arrange your schedule to meet the needs of your clients while enjoying the flexibility of working from home. You may have the option of 4x10 or 5x8 shifts within our operational hours of 8 am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, couple, and family therapy sessions tailored to client needs.

• Perform comprehensive client interviews to assess social, personal, environmental, and health-related factors affecting mental well-being.

• Evaluate client challenges and develop treatment plans consistent with best practices in mental healthcare.

• Coordinate holistic programs and activities aimed at addressing the social and emotional requirements of clients.
\n
• Facilitate crisis resolution and maintain trust and respect within therapeutic relationships, guiding clients through short-term crisis interventions.

• Document all findings and treatment processes per protocol to ensure accurate client records.
\n
• Monitor and assess treatment progress, modifying plans as necessary to ensure optimal client outcomes.

• Maintain a manageable caseload, with up-to-date documentation reflecting all services provided.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• Must hold an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification within the state of Texas.

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in social work or a related area is preferred.

• Prior experience in behavioral health counseling, specifically addressing conditions such as depression, mood disorders, substance use disorders, grief, and relationship struggles.
