Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations through preliminary interviews, ensuring detailed documentation from the first consultation until treatment completion.

• Develop and implement comprehensive, evidence-based treatment plans addressing the specific needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to client preferences and concerns.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.
\n
• Successful completion of the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).
\n
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems, preferably AVATAR or a similar platform.
\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional interpersonal abilities to connect with clients compassionately.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience as a mental health counselor, particularly in community health or clinical settings.

• Experience addressing co-occurring disorders, including mental health and addiction issues.
\n
• Knowledge of American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA) best practices and a solid grasp of pharmacotherapy relevant to mental health treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
