Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct timely and comprehensive assessments of clients during scheduled appointments, ensuring they receive immediate support when needed.

• Engage in multi-disciplinary team meetings, contributing insights to enhance overall treatment strategies for students.

• Continuously monitor client progress, implementing follow-up strategies to gauge improvement and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

• Utilize clinical evaluations to create actionable treatment plans that address the specific needs of students, incorporating evidence-based practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically supports students dealing with various emotional and behavioral challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma-related issues. By working within the school environment, the LCSW will have direct access to the educational context of each student, allowing for a deeper understanding of their needs and barriers to success.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate program is required.

• An active and unrestricted Clinical Social Worker License (LCSW) is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience in a behavioral health setting, preferably in schools or similar environments.

• Demonstrated clinical experience in a social service or healthcare setting, including case management and therapeutic practices.

• Proven conflict management skills, fostering positive relationships among clients, families, and educational staff.

Compensation and Benefits\n
