Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth assessments of clients’ psychological status, including emotional, social, and behavioral evaluations to inform treatment planning. Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices to address the unique needs of each client. Provide a range of mental health services, including individual therapy, crisis intervention, and psychoeducation, particularly focusing on conditions such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Maintain ongoing communication with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and primary care providers, to ensure integrated patient care. Regularly evaluate clients' progress, modifying treatment plans based on their responses and feedback from both clients and professional peers. Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available resources, and coping strategies to enhance overall family support systems. Uphold ethical standards in practice, ensuring confidentiality while obtaining necessary informed consents to provide therapy. Patient Population / Client Focus The candidate will mainly work with a diverse client population struggling with various mental health issues, which may include, but are not limited to, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma, and adjustment challenges. Individuals may come from different cultural and socio-economic backgrounds, which requires an understanding of cultural competence and sensitivity during therapy. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution is required. Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience providing psychotherapy services is preferred. Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills aimed at effectively building rapport with clients and facilitating teamwork among healthcare professionals. Strong clinical assessment skills with proficiency in developing evidence-based treatment strategies. Familiarity with electronic health record systems (EHRs) to document patient notes and track treatment progress is essential. Knowledge of mental health disorders, therapeutic interventions, and community support resources will be crucial in this role. Preferred Experience Experience working in telehealth settings is highly advantageous, as is familiarity with diverse clinical populations. Candidates with advanced training or certifications in trauma-informed care or specific therapeutic modalities (such as CBT or DBT) will stand out in the selection process. Compensation and Benefits The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
