Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality individual mental health therapy through virtual sessions, using evidence-based treatment strategies tailored to the needs of each patient.

• Conduct thorough assessments and meet with patients regularly to evaluate progress, redefine treatment goals, and adjust therapeutic plans as necessary.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of each session within our EHR system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with confidentiality standards.

• Facilitate and lead group therapy sessions, fostering a safe and inclusive environment for discussion among participants.

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques when needed, demonstrating composure and effective decision-making in urgent situations.

• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff or interns when applicable, contributing to the overall growth of our clinical team.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Possession of a current and valid license as an LMFT, LCMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C in the state of Maryland.

• Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in mental health counseling or therapy.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and effective evidence-based intervention techniques.

• Proven ability to deliver individual and group therapy with cultural competency and sensitivity.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, with a track record of managing difficult conversations and maintaining professionalism under pressure.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills paired with a strong ability to establish rapport with a diverse population of clients.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficiency in computer applications related to telehealth.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, new hires may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
