This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Incident Management, Problem Management, IT Operations, Service Management, or related disciplines who are looking to grow into an Incident Commander position. This position plays a critical role in managing technology incidents, coordinating cross‑functional response efforts, documenting recovery activities, and driving accountability for permanent corrective actions. Initially, the focus will be supporting incident response activities as an Incident Scribe, and successful candidates will be developed into Incident Commanders capable of leading non‑major and eventually major incident bridges. Responsibilities Manage technology incidents and coordinate cross‑functional response efforts. Document recovery activities and drive accountability for permanent corrective actions. Support incident response activities as an Incident Scribe. Develop into an Incident Commander for major incident bridges. Requirements Experience serving as an Incident Manager, Major Incident Manager, Command Center Analyst, or Problem Manager. Exposure to Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) concepts and operational practices. Familiarity with observability and monitoring platforms such as Dynatrace, Splunk, and similar monitoring and telemetry tools. Understanding of infrastructure, application, network, and cloud environments. Experience conducting or participating in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations. Experience in financial services or highly regulated industry environments. Intermediate Level experience. Project management and vulnerability management skills. Job Type & Location Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Mill, SC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00 per hour.
