Highgate Hotels is seeking an Executive Sous Chef for its new Miami Beach property. You will oversee kitchen operations, coordinate with the Executive Chef and the Director of F&B to maintain high-quality food production, service standards, and cost control. The role requires training staff, enforcing recipes, sanitation, and maintaining guest satisfaction across outlets.
