Work Environment\n

This role is designed for a remote work setting, primarily functioning within a school facility. You will collaborate closely with a diverse team of educational and mental health professionals. The work schedule is typically Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with the possibility of occasional evening shifts, rotating weekend coverage, and on-call responsibilities, ensuring that our students have access to urgent mental health support as needed.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments tailored to each student's unique background, identifying their presenting concerns and potential risk factors.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with students that focus on their mental health issues, support their emotional well-being, and facilitate their successful integration into the school community.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused therapy, to address a variety of mental health concerns.

• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, promoting personal growth and equipping students with effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals—including psychiatrists and psychologists—to coordinate care and ensure a comprehensive approach to treatment.

• Offer crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and making appropriate referrals for higher levels of care when necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n
