Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, your role will involve providing comprehensive therapeutic services to clients. You will:

• Facilitate joint therapy sessions for couples and conduct individual sessions with each partner to ensure holistic support.

• Assess and address a variety of issues affecting family dynamics, including alcohol abuse, conflicts among family members, grief and loss, and challenges associated with blended families.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that encompass individual and familial needs, ensuring each client receives personalized care.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and tools to guide clients toward positive outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse patient population, including adults, children, and adolescents, who are facing various mental health challenges. You will provide compassionate support for those dealing with:

• Alcohol and substance abuse issues.
\n
• Psychological trauma from physical or emotional abuse.
\n
• Grief and loss, particularly in navigating familial changes.

• Adjustment difficulties related to separation, divorce, and blended family transitions.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidates must hold the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active state LMFT license, demonstrating your eligibility to practice in Georgia.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, therapists will receive:
