Vice President of Mortgage Ecosystems & Strategic Partnerships

The Vice President of Mortgage Ecosystems and Strategic Partnerships will serve as the architect of the company’s indirect (B2B2C) distribution strategy. This executive will be responsible for building and scaling a high-impact partnership ecosystem that embeds the company’s products across mortgage, PropTech, and financial services platforms. Reporting to the President, this role combines enterprise partnerships, technical integration, and revenue growth, with a mandate to help transition the business from a primarily direct-to-consumer model to an ecosystem-led growth strategy. Responsibilities Ecosystem Strategy and Growth Design and execute a partnership-led growth strategy across key verticals, including mortgage, wealth management, PropTech, and related financial services sectors Identify, negotiate, and launch strategic partnerships and revenue-sharing agreements Expand distribution through embedded finance and B2B2C channels Develop strategic relationships with platform partners, enterprise clients, and distribution channels that accelerate growth Technical Integration and Cross-Functional Leadership Oversee the integration of the company’s products into partner systems, including APIs, loan origination systems (LOS), and point-of-sale (POS) platforms Serve as the primary liaison between external partners and internal product, engineering, legal, and operations teams Streamline partner onboarding processes, reduce implementation friction, and improve speed to revenue Revenue Operations and Team Leadership Build and lead a high-performing strategic partnerships team Establish KPIs and governance frameworks to measure partner performance, profitability, and strategic impact About you 10–15+ years of leadership experience in FinTech, PropTech, mortgage banking, or related industries, including ownership of strategic partnerships at the VP or SVP level Deep expertise in real estate finance, capital markets, and alternative lending products Proven track record of launching embedded finance or API-driven partnerships that generate meaningful revenue growth Strong technical fluency with integrations, loan origination systems, and underwriting platforms Exceptional commercial and negotiation skills, with experience structuring complex, high-value agreements Strategic and data-driven leader with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and scale cross-functional initiatives Demonstrated success building teams and operational processes in high-growth environments #J-18808-Ljbffr Confidential
