Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of client mental health diagnoses to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that adhere to We Care Healthcare Center's policies.

• Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 clients per week, ensuring timely completion of documentation including treatment plans reviews and clinical notes.

• Deliver exceptional service by building rapport with clients and actively collaborating with colleagues to enhance community mental health support systems.

• Incorporate innovative therapeutic interventions to empower clients in achieving their goals and improving overall well-being.

• Maintain detailed session documentation in compliance with organizational guidelines while ensuring a focus on client confidentiality and ethical practice.

• Coordinate care with relevant stakeholders, including case managers, family members, school personnel, and medical staff, to provide comprehensive support for clients.

Qualifications\n
