Front Desk Receptionist

You’ll welcome visitors, clients, and fellow employees, answer phone calls and emails, schedule meetings, and assist the team with other operations as needed. Responsibilities: • Take incoming phone calls and respond to emails and ensure the appropriate people receive all relevant information • Provide administrative support to other team members with data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc. when needed • Schedule new client consultations • Create new client files for paralegals • Process and apply client payments Qualifications: • Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations • Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent • Has previous experience with word processing programs and basic computer skills • 1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, guest service specialist, or similar position preferred Compensation: $20 - $23 hourly
