Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine the mental health needs of clients and formulate personalized treatment plans that align with these needs.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective therapy services to individuals, groups, and families.

• Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive and holistic approach in client care, which includes regular case consultations and interdisciplinary team meetings.

• Offer crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute mental health episodes, employing your clinical expertise to stabilize situations and connect clients to appropriate resources.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Proven ability to establish rapport and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, leading to accurate documentation and timely case management.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with educational background and relevant experience.
