Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain a clear understanding of clients' mental health needs and collaboratively craft individualized treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic goals.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, drawing upon various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Work alongside case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers to ensure a well-integrated care plan for clients, fostering comprehensive and holistic treatment outcomes.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services to clients in acute distress, helping them navigate through challenging moments with compassion and expertise.

• Participate in community outreach programs and educational initiatives to raise awareness about mental health issues, aiming to reduce stigma and promote understanding of mental health resources.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master’s degree or doctorate in a relevant field, such as Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring therapeutic documentation is completed accurately and promptly.

Compensation and Benefits\n
