Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance essential in our industry. We offer alternative scheduling options that include 4x10 or 5x8 work weeks, accommodating the working hours from 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy for clients facing various mental health issues.

• Conduct thorough interviews to assess social, personal, environmental, and health factors impacting clients.

• Evaluate, diagnose, and formulate treatment plans aligned with each client's needs and therapeutic goals.

• Coordinate and organize programs that attend to clients' social and emotional requirements, fostering overall wellness.

• Manage crisis situations effectively, offering immediate interventions and referring clients to additional community resources.

• Build and maintain therapeutic relationships based on trust, respect, and open communication.

• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of therapy, adjusting approaches as necessary for optimal client progress.

• Document all clinical interactions thoroughly, ensuring adherence to organizational protocols and standards.

• Maintain an organized caseload, keeping all client records up to date and in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

• Provide additional support as needed, demonstrating versatility in clinical practice within the detox environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on clients undergoing detoxification, facing challenges such as substance dependency, mood disorders, anxiety, family issues, and grief. Your contributions will directly influence our clients' immediate well-being and long-term recovery, proving instrumental in their paths toward healthier lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A valid Clinical Social Worker license in California is mandatory.

• At least 4 years of experience in social work or related fields, particularly in mental health treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, successful candidates will be eligible for a sign-on bonus upon joining.
