However, you will also have the opportunity to work at our outpatient office in Jersey City as needed, providing a hybrid experience that enhances collaboration with our multidisciplinary teams and allows for face-to-face interaction with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients' mental and emotional health, employing evidence-based practices to inform treatment decisions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client, incorporating their feedback and assessment results.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for clients of various ages, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Lead couples therapy sessions aimed at improving communication, conflict resolution, and emotional connection between partners.

• Regularly monitor and adjust treatment plans based on clients' progress, ensuring that their evolving needs are met throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client documentation, including progress notes and treatment histories, in compliance with regulatory standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
