Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather essential information regarding clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.

• Provide high-quality individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with measurable goals, interventions, and regular progress evaluations.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care for every client.

• Facilitate crisis intervention sessions, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans in urgent situations.

• Maintain meticulous documentation to comply with ethical and legal standards in all client interactions and treatment processes.

Qualifications\n
