Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine the specific needs and goals of each client. This includes gathering comprehensive client histories and employing standardized evaluation tools.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that reflect individual client goals and preferences, integrating evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions, utilizing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness practices.

• Effectively respond to crisis situations and provide immediate support, while ensuring the safety and well-being of clients at all times.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including attending workshops, obtaining certifications, and participating in supervision sessions to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with pre-screened, low-acuity clients who are seeking to address everyday mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, mild trauma, and relationship issues. This focused client population allows you to provide meaningful support while making a tangible difference in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active mental health license in California, such as LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.

• Proficient in creating a supportive, collaborative, and empathetic client experience that encourages open communication and trust.

• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail in managing client paperwork and session documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working in a mental health setting.

• Experience with telehealth services and teletherapy platforms, enhancing the delivery of mental health care remotely.

Compensation and Benefits\n
