Work Environment

The role of Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner is onsite, working within our outpatient office in Houston. Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with primary care providers and other behavioral health specialists to ensure integrated care delivery for patients transitioning between services.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and emotional support, utilizing trauma-informed care principles to guide actions during acute incidents.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives, promoting mental health awareness and advocating for patients in local schools, nonprofits, and community events.

Compensation and Benefits
