Work Environment\n

As part of the Omada team, you will work in a fully remote setting, utilizing our advanced telehealth platform. Given the nature of telehealth services, you will employ various digital tools to facilitate sessions, track client progress, and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess the mental health needs of clients through initial evaluations and ongoing assessments.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances, focusing on evidence-based practices.

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions remotely, using various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others as appropriate.

• Document treatment sessions thoroughly in compliance with healthcare regulations, ensuring accurate records of client progress.
\n
• Engage in regular collaboration with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other counselors, to optimize client care.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and ethical standards regarding client information and treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families experiencing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our commitment is to meet the specific needs of each client, and as part of your role, you will advocate for their mental health needs while fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Professional Counselor, which allows for independent practice in Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, demonstrating proficiency in a range of therapeutic techniques.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to connect with clients remotely.

• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage client interactions and documents.

Compensation and Benefits\n
