Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health screenings and assessments to accurately gauge client needs, developing tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices, particularly CBT.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Engage actively with clients suffering from mild traumatic brain injuries, employing specialized techniques that address their unique challenges.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, handling all documentation responsibly and professionally.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position mainly involves working with adult clients who seek support for various mental health challenges, including those diagnosed with mild traumatic brain injuries. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.

Compensation and Benefits\n
