Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote work setting, allowing you to provide therapy services from the comfort of your home while maintaining a full caseload. While the majority of your sessions will be conducted virtually, you may also have the opportunity to work in our outpatient office on occasion. Our flexible work schedule, primarily Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, accommodates the needs of our clients while allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Some flexibility in scheduling may be required based on the unique needs of patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to inform the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques to address diverse mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
