Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Deliver individual, family, and group counseling sessions through our secure telehealth platform.

• Utilize a cloud-based electronic health record (EHR) system to maintain accurate client documentation and ensure compliance with insurance requirements.

• Conduct assessments to identify client challenges and develop personalized treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Implement various therapeutic techniques and interventions to assist clients in managing symptoms related to mental health disorders, trauma, and dual diagnoses.

• Monitor client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to facilitate optimal recovery.

• Manage your own schedule, providing flexibility for evening and weekend sessions in order to meet client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse patient population, including individuals struggling with a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. Your role as an LPC will be critical in creating a supportive environment where clients feel safe to discuss their challenges and work towards recovery. Qualifications\n

To ensure the highest standard of care, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
