Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health conditions and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their individual goals.

• Create and implement personalized therapy strategies utilizing various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, leveraging your expertise to foster an environment conducive to healing and personal growth.

• Collaborate actively with an interdisciplinary treatment team, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.

Qualifications\n
